Please see below the Notice of Hearing that itemizes which racetrack operators are required to attend the 2006 Race Dates Hearing.

Those tracks required to attend are:

• Quinte Exhibition and Raceway
• Kawartha Downs Raceway
• Hiawatha Raceway
• Windsor Raceway

The hearing is scheduled to start at 10:30 p.m. in Hearing Room B on the 7th Floor at the ORC Head Office located at 20 Dundas Street in Toronto.

The hearings will be followed by a Public Forum where the Commission will invite members of the industry or the general public to make presentations to the panel. The Public Forum is intended to provide individuals with the opportunity to meet and discuss issues. It will also serve to assist the Board to monitor issues of importance to members of the industry. The Public Forum is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. in the same location as the Race Date Hearings.

All other applications for live and simulcast dates were approved by the Board at the meeting of today's date. The reasons for their decision will issue in a Notice to the Industry from Chair Lynda Tanaka on Friday, October 21, 2005.
